The Opportunity:PON is seeking two full time, IT Delivery Leads. These roles offer the chance to shape and influence Port of Newcastle’s digital transformation by supporting strategic technology initiatives that drive operational improvement and future readiness. Acting as a key connector between business and technology teams, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of strategic technology based business projects whilst also performing critical business analysis to define requirements and optimise business process.   This role is ideal for someone looking to contribute to innovation, modernisation and continuous improvement across an organisation. What you will bring:You will bring a minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital project delivery and business analysis, with a proven ability to lead technology initiatives from scoping through to implementation and transition to BAU.  This unique hybrid position requires both strong project management expertise and the ability to gather, analyse, and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.  Your background includes vendor engagement, project planning and supporting change activities to ensure successful adoption and benefits realisation.
